شرکت ایران دایکست با بیش از ۲۷ سال تجربه در صنعت ریخته‌گری، در زمینه تولید قطعات آلومینیومی و زاماک به روش دایکست فعالیت می‌کند. استفاده از ماشین‌آلات تخصصی، نیروی انسانی مجرب و دانش فنی، زمینه تولید قطعات با دقت و کیفیت مناسب را فراهم کرده است.With more than 27 years of casting experience, Iran Die Cast specializes in aluminum and Zamak components produced by die casting. Specialized machinery, experienced personnel and technical know-how support precise and consistent production.

ماشین‌آلات دایکست در دو گروه کلد چمبر و هات چمبر، متناسب با نوع آلیاژ و قطعه مورد استفاده قرار می‌گیرند.Die-casting machinery is organized into cold- and hot-chamber groups based on alloy and component requirements.

COLD CHAMBER

۵ دستگاه کلد چمبر5 Cold-Chamber Machines

ساخت روسیه، آلمان و سوئیس با ظرفیت ۱۶۰ تا ۳۲۰ تن.Manufactured in Russia, Germany and Switzerland, with 160–320 ton capacity.

HOT CHAMBER

۴ دستگاه هات چمبر4 Hot-Chamber Machines

ساخت ترکیه و تایوان با ظرفیت ۱۶۰ تا ۲۰۰ تن.Manufactured in Turkey and Taiwan, with 160–200 ton capacity.

MATERIALS

آلومینیوم و زاماکAluminum & Zamak

آلیاژهای مورد استفاده مجموعه از جمله LM2، AC12 و AS9.Materials used by the company include LM2, AC12 and AS9.
